MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING
A memorandum of understanding (MOU) is a nonbinding agreement between two or more parties outlining the terms and details of an understanding, including each parties requirements and responsibilities.
Our Information Technology Department has a good communication with other Companies (National and International) as it is the first stage in the formation of a formal contract. College will support department and is always ready to tie up with companies with a legally binding agreement.
